Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Six It ("the Service"), operated by Six IT, with its registered address at Atlanta GA at 4370 Lawrenceville Hwy, unit 324 , Lilburn GA 30048, USA ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Six It provides a peer-to-peer package delivery platform that connects travelers ("Travelers") with people who need to send packages ("Senders"). The Service facilitates connections but does not directly provide delivery services.

Key Points:

  • Six It acts as an intermediary platform only
  • We do not employ Travelers or guarantee delivery
  • All deliveries are agreements between Travelers and Senders
  • We provide escrow payment services for transaction security

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Verify your identity through our verification process
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent through Six It:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
  • Perishable food items without proper packaging
  • Live animals or plants
  • Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property
  • Stolen property
  • Items prohibited by airline regulations or customs laws

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement.

5. User Conduct

5.1 For Senders

  • Accurately describe package contents and value
  • Properly package items to prevent damage
  • Provide complete and accurate delivery addresses
  • Release payment only after confirming delivery
  • Communicate respectfully with Travelers

5.2 For Travelers

  • Only accept packages you can legally transport
  • Handle packages with care
  • Deliver packages on time and to the correct recipient
  • Verify package contents before accepting
  • Maintain communication with Senders
  • Comply with all airline and customs regulations

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Escrow System

All payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed:

  • Sender pays upfront; funds are held securely
  • Payment released to Traveler after confirmed delivery
  • Disputes handled through our resolution process

6.2 Fees

  • Platform fee: $5 flat rate per delivery
  • Payment processing fees: As determined by payment provider
  • Refund processing fee: $5 for cancellations

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • Traveler cancels before pickup
  • Traveler fails to respond or abandons delivery

Platform fees are non-refundable.

7. Identity Verification

All users must complete identity verification before accepting deliveries or sending packages. Verification includes:

  • Government-issued ID verification
  • Email verification

We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Successful delivery of packages
  • Traveler reliability or trustworthiness
  • Package condition upon delivery
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Six It is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Failure of Travelers to deliver
  • Customs seizures or legal issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue
  2. Provide evidence (photos, messages, tracking info)
  3. Allow 7 business days for investigation
  4. Accept mediation decision or pursue arbitration

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia where Six It is registered.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Six It are owned by Six It Technology. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding
  • Reverse engineer our platform
  • Create derivative works

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Receive multiple negative reviews or reports
  • Fail to respond to support inquiries

You may close your account at any time. Outstanding transactions must be completed before account closure.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of the state of Georgia.
